Leader Makers Academy Revision Policy

At Leader Makers Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and students may miss certain sessions of their enrolled courses. To ensure that each student receives the best learning experience, we offer a revision policy for missed sessions:

1. Revision Sessions for Missed Classes:
- If a student misses a class for any reason, they have the option to request a revision session.
- The revision session is considered a private session and will be scheduled separately from the regular course sessions.
- The student will be responsible for the fees associated with the revision session, which will be calculated based on the standard private course rates.

2. Scheduling of Revision Sessions:
- The scheduling of revision sessions will depend on the availability of both the student and the instructor.
- It is the student's responsibility to inform Leader Makers Academy of the missed session and request a revision within a reasonable time frame.

3. Instructor Obligations:
- Instructors are not obliged to review the content of missed sessions during regular course sessions.
- It is the student's responsibility to make use of the revision option for missed classes and seek clarification on any course content they may have missed.

4. Approval of Revision Sessions:
- The revision sessions are subject to approval by Leader Makers Academy and will be scheduled based on instructor availability and the Academy's discretion.

5. Notification of Absence:
- If a student knows in advance that they will be absent from a class, they should inform the Academy before the session takes place.
- In cases of unexpected absence, the student should notify the Academy as soon as possible.

We encourage students to attend all scheduled course sessions to maximize their learning experience. However, we understand that unavoidable circumstances may occur. The revision policy aims to provide students with an opportunity to catch up on missed content and ensure their progress is not hindered.
