1. Course Enrollment Refunds

• Refunds for course enrollments are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been extensively accessed or completed.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made beyond 7 days of purchase or if the course has been extensively accessed or completed.

2. Consultancy Services Refunds

• Consultancy services include an initial meeting fee, which is non-refundable.
• For the remaining consultancy services, a partial refund can be requested within 48 hours of the initial consultation, provided no substantial consultancy work has been completed.

While we aim to provide valuable and actionable recommendations, the uniqueness of these ideas cannot always be guaranteed. We encourage the use of our consultancy as a springboard for your own strategic initiatives.
• Outcome Liability: The implementation and outcomes of strategies discussed during consultancy sessions are the client's responsibility. LMA offers expert guidance; however, the application and execution of strategies are outside our purview.

Non-refundable Fees:

• Any initial meeting fee is non-refundable.
• A partial refund for other consultancy services is only considered if requested within 48 hours of the initial consultation, assuming no significant consultancy work has begun.

   Specific Consultation Fees:

• Business Consultation: $150 for a 30-minute session.
• Business Advisory: Monthly subscriptions start at $450.
• Trading Consultation: $200 for a 30-minute session.
• Over-the-Phone Consultation: $75 for a 20-minute session, addressing up to 4 specific questions.

These fees are calculated for the time spent during consultations and do not extend to post-session materials or additional guidance.

- Risk and Responsibility: By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge that any decisions made and their consequences, whether business or investment, are undertaken at their own risk. LMA and its affiliates bear no responsibility for these outcomes.

3. Non-Refundable Downpayments

Downpayments made for any service are non-refundable. This policy is in place because a downpayment reserves your position in our processing queue, committing resources and time to your specific needs and preventing us from serving other clients in your stead.

4. Subscription-Based Services

In our commitment to providing exceptional financial consultancy and educational services, Leader Makers Academy (LMA) offers Subscription-Based Services designed to meet the ongoing needs of our clients in Lebanon, UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Egypt. Our portfolio includes comprehensive programs in Trading, Business Strategy, Wealth Management, and Startup Innovation. To ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial engagement, we outline our policy regarding subscription cancellations below:

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Policy: Clients have the flexibility to cancel their Subscription-Based Services with LMA. However, it is important to note that once a new month has commenced, the subscription for that month becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled for that period.
• Advance Cancellation Notice: To avoid automatic renewal and billing for the upcoming month, we require that cancellation requests be submitted at least 15 days before the start of the new month. This advance notice allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer available spots to other clients who could benefit from our services.
• Automatic Renewal: If a cancellation request is not received 15 days prior to the new month, the subscription will automatically renew, and the associated fees for the upcoming month will be charged. This policy ensures that our commitment to providing dedicated and uninterrupted service to our clients is maintained.

Consultation Fees:

   - Business Advisory: Monthly subscriptions starting at $450.

5. Digital Products

• Digital products, including downloadable content and streaming services, are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Extenuating Circumstances

• Refund requests under extenuating circumstances, such as severe illness or other significant life events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis but this does not apply to consultation fees but on other financial services request.

7. Processing Time

• Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.
